We understand that discussing any sort of loss can be difficult, which is why we are here to support you with compassion and care. During our initial phone conversation, we will go over different approaches we offer to identify what grief is, where it is resides in your body, and how to work with it and let it be a teacher and friend. We believe we can cultivate and nurture grief if we can identify it and invite it to be part of our experience through compassionate and helpful movements.

Cohort Workshops

$1499 one time

During this 8 week online course, we will work with others who are experiencing a similar sort of loss and grief in their lives. Through sharing our own stories and listening to others, we build the foundation similar to most support groups. What makes our approach unique is that we always incorporate a form of somatic movement to help move with the grief. We discuss traditions of many cultures and study writings and songs that are grief related. We tailor specific movement experiences each week. We encourage writing activities to help express what we are feeling. And we build a community to share any creative expression that our grief will allow.

Private 1 on 1 sessions

$125 per hour of 5 sessions for $500

Sometimes working individually feels more aligned for us. We offer one on one sessions if this is the case. We strongly recommend allowing for 5 sessions to fully identify the grief and develop, along side our coaching, a lifelong approach to gracefully moving with grief. While it is possible in one session, it is more difficult. We have found that a minimum of 5 is a good start baseline and even after the 5 sessions, encourage looking at joining a cohort session.

Online Community Garden

$9.99 monthly

Join our online community where we encourage those in grief to collaborate with each other. Discover all that we offer here. We have weekly writing prompts to encourage getting out of feelings on paper. We have curated playlist for songs of grief, sorrow, hope - anything that someone feels inspired to share and the reason they feel inspired to share it. We have resources and contact info listed state by state for in person support groups and events. We upload a meditation weekly and also an invitation to move your body with a specific intention and then also to write about that experience and share your discoveries. We foster co-regulation and support. Lean on use during your tough times.
